This policy explains what personal data ТОО «САБЕТ» (Vertex) collects through the thevrtx.space website, how we use, store and protect it, and your rights.

2. Data we collect
When you submit the website form we receive: your name, a contact (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or e-mail), the type of task, your message, and technical data — the page of submission, interface language and campaign UTM tags. To prevent spam your IP address is processed temporarily. If analytics is enabled, cookies are used (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica).
3. Why we process data
We use the data to respond to your request, discuss the project and provide services. The legal basis is your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. We do not use the data for automated decision-making and do not sell it.
4. Storage and sharing
Submissions are stored in a Supabase database and mirrored as a Telegram notification to our team. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the messaging is governed by the WhatsApp and Meta terms. We only engage necessary processors (hosting, database, messengers, analytics) and do not share data with third parties for other purposes.
5. Retention
We keep submission data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, and no longer than required. You may request deletion at any time (see the section below).
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent. To do so, email hcr@thevrtx.space.
7. Data deletion
To delete your data, follow the instructions on the “Data Deletion” page (/data-deletion) or email hcr@thevrtx.space. We will delete the data within 30 days.
8. Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies for traffic analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica). You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the site will keep working.
9. Security
Data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to submissions is limited to our team. No service can guarantee absolute protection, but we apply reasonable measures.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page with its update date.
