Invoices and payments lived in Bitrix24, but there was no single view of upcoming payments and no convenient approval with role-based access.

SOLUTION

Next.js 14 + Supabase (Postgres, Deno Edge Functions): import from Bitrix24 (invoices, contracts, the payment funnel), a payment calendar and cash-gap forecast, a 7-stage approval chain with roles, an audit log and Excel export.

RESULT

A single view of upcoming payments for budget planning and automated approvals — ~420 payments worth ≈1.26 billion ₸ in processing.
